Who we are

The 28 Days Later Formula is an online video program from Mr Purple, the business coaching practice of Dr Tom Hitchcock, based in New South Wales. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What this website collects

This site has no forms and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Like any website, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. The lessons page remembers which videos you've watched in your own browser only; that never reaches us.

Paying

Payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Stripe collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email address and confirmation of payment. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy covers what it collects.

Watching

The lesson videos are hosted by Vimeo and play in Vimeo's player with its do not track setting switched on. Vimeo's privacy policy applies to the player.

How we use your details

To give you access to the lessons, send your receipt and answer your questions.

We won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else to market to you.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the program: Stripe for payments, Vimeo for the videos, Hostinger to host the website and Google Workspace for our email. Some of these store information outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records. Other details are kept while you have access to the program, then deleted or de-identified.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or to correct them. Email tom@mrpurple.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
