As they say, the only constant is change. Once you’ve set your goals, whether for business or personal, the next challenge is how to reach them and then make sure things don’t just drift back to ‘the way we’ve always done it’.
First we’ll identify potential gaps and risks that might catch you up along the way and walk through frameworks that can help. Next we’ll go through change pitfalls and how to avoid them as well as what needs to happen and how to make sure the right people are involved at the right time. You’ll receive practical frameworks and templates that can be applied to any change scenario, so that you set yourself and those around you up for success.
